Masala cheese omelet is one of the most unrated dish across
India people are tried. but I can bet you it is nutritious at the same time
tasty too.
Eggs are fantastic source for Protein for the non vegetarian
people can have. Based on current COVID-19 situation everyone might have
explored lot benefits about Protein, for me its needless to reiterate again.😁

Cooking time: 15 Minutes
What we Need:
- Egg- 2
pcs
- Green Chilli-2
pcs
- Tomato Chopped- 1/4 Cup
- Coriander leaves- Chopped a few
- Onion-1/4
Cup
- Clear Oil-1
Tbs
- Black Paper-(
2 Pinch of black paper, based on Spicy you like)
- Turmeric-
a Pinch
- Cheese Cube-1
pcs
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Break 2
Eggs in a small bowl, add Black pepper powder, Turmeric powder, and salt.
- Add onion, Green Chilli, Chopped tomato and Coriander leaves into it.
- Whisk the egg well for about 2 minutes, so that you can see small air pocket formed.
- Take a frying pan and heat it up, add 1 Tbs cooking oil.
- Then pour the Egg mixture to it and spear it with a spatula.
- Reduce the flame so the base should not burn out instantly.
- Take a Cheese cube and add grated cheese on the top of the Omelet.
- After the egg has cooked a bit and the edges have set, about 1 minute, check the underside of the omelette by carefully lifting its edge with a spatula and looking at the color. It should be a very light golden.
- Free up gently all the sides and turn it.
- Cook it for another 1-minute till both the side turn to be golden color.
- Garnish with a sprig of coriander and serve hot with Brown Bread or Pav.
